Our Mission
To promote entrepreneurship and socio-economic integration through mentorship, practical training, an extensive partner network, and collaborative workspaces.

About
Founded in 2021 in Ottawa, RINET Center is a community-driven incubator helping Francophone immigrants — and particularly newcomers from the African Great Lakes region — turn ideas into sustainable businesses and lead the integration of their communities.
Our Mission
To promote entrepreneurship and socio-economic integration through mentorship, practical training, an extensive partner network, and collaborative workspaces.
Our Vision
Strong, prosperous Francophone immigrant communities whose economic, social, and cultural contributions are recognized and valued across Canada.
We design every program with cultural humility and equitable access for newcomers, women, and youth.
We treat every idea as a seed and every founder as a leader — capable, accountable, and resourceful.
We grow alongside the Francophone diaspora, our partners, and the broader Ottawa community.
We favour clear tools, action, and measurable results over theory.
A team committed to serving Francophone immigrant entrepreneurs. Official titles to be confirmed by each member.
